Seven things in the spirit.
SEVEN THINGS IN THE SPIRIT.

Walking and living in the Spirit is the only easy way out of this life for a believer.
If we rely on our own power, we are bound to fall into this spiritual journey. After all, we have no power of our own.
That said, there are seven things that we must exercise daily in the Spirit.
1. Be filled with the Spirit.
Eph 5:18 says "And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,"
As true believers, we MUST be full of the Spirit, that is God's power at work in us.
2. Walk and Live in the Spirit.
Gal 5: 16 says
"I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Verse 25 says, "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."
The Spirit of God is the only true guide. People that walk and live in Spirit have a special understanding and revelation of the very things of the spirit. Life is spiritual and we have to understand it from this dimension.
3. Pray in the Spirit.
Eph 6:18 tells us to pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.
We don't know how to pray or what to pray for. It is the Spirit of God that knows the mind of God that prays for us through wordless groans. (Rom 8:26-27)
If you want to be sure of your prayer life, do it in Spirit, in the will of God.
4. Worship in the Spirit.
John 4:24 "God is Spirit and those that worship Him must do it in Spirit and in truth."
There is no point in worshipping God -worship includes what we do as service to God - if we don't do it in Spirit. How can our service be true if it is not done in Spirit? God is a Spirit.
5. Love in the Spirit
Rom 5: 1-5
Verse 5 says "The love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us."
Love is a command. God did demonstrate His love for us in that when we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Let us learn to love in God's way, in the Spirit.
6. Be led by the Spirit.
According to the Word of God in Romans 8:14, the Sons of God are those that are led by the Spirit.
Verse 15 says that we didn't receive a spirit of fear but the Spirit of God when we were ADOPTED as His own children. Thus, we cry unto Him 'Abba Father.'
Be led of the Spirit always. That way, you will be able to shun all the evil desires of this temporary life.
7. Boil (be fervent) in the Spirit.
Rom 12:11 "not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord."
We are simply being told to be enthusiastic and radical in our pursuit of the things of the Kingdom.
How much can we really achieve if only we would be a little bit more determined in our spiritual walks?
John 5:17 talks of Elijah who was a man like us. He prayed fervently that it would not rain for three and half years and it didn't rain. Again he prayed that it could rain and it did.
Boil. Be radical. Be intense in the Spirit.
1 John 4:13 'This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.'
