The stronghold of insecurity - rev gitahi daniel

A stronghold is a form of persistent oppression. It is a faulty thinking pattern, based on lies.

Strongholds are a form of spiritual harassment where the devil twists something so that it has control over someone.

Strongholds are meant to inflict people with pain and bondages for many years.

You have probably seen a pattern in a certain family where they try to pursue something like higher education, but some unfortunate incident forces them to give up when they are about to finish.

Demons are illegal visitors

You cannot drive out something that is not there. Patterns are Spiritual harassment.

Isaiah 61 refers to Jesus and why He came. Freedom is sure according to the Word of God through Jesus Christ.

According to Matt 10:8, there is much we can do in Christ Jesus, through what we have freely received from God.

No matter what demonic trap you are caught up in, the blood of Jesus is there to set you free. There is hope at the end of the tunnel.

To be insecure is to lack confidence or trust, whether in ourselves or someone/something else.

Insecurity is characterized by;

1. Inferiority

Feeling lesser or lower in rank.It is a feeling of worthlessness. It results to self hatred and isolation.

People with inferiority complex indulge less in other people's activities. They hate themselves and even become suicidal.

2. Inadequacy

This is the condition of being not enough or good enough. Being unable to deal with a situation, or simply day to day life.

Some people are bound by the spirit of inadequacy that they get tired in the middle of something.

Demons in the spirit realm are behind this feeling. There are people that are usually psyched up when starting a project, but lose all hope in the middle of the project, and give up, because they feel inadequate to continue.

3. Timidity

This is fear. It is lack of assurance and courage.

In Mark 4:40, Jesus had just calmed the storm when He realized that the disciples were in fear. He asked them, 'Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?'

Remember that one enemy of faith is fear.

The devil is in the business of 'selling' fear. Don't buy it.

If you are so concerned and fearful about what could happen to you in a day, you are living in fear.

Some people can't fall asleep while traveling because they are afraid that accidents could occur. Just cover yourself with the blood of Jesus while in whatever situation and take it easy.

2 Tim 1:7 says that God has not given us a spirit of fear.

4. Withdrawal

To withdraw is to depart, or cease to participate in an activity.

This is a prevalent stronghold that has bound people. It is not Godly that in the middle of a worthy project, you just decide to discontinue. After feeling inadequate, the next possible thing is withdrawing from doing something.

John 14:1 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.
